Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
During peak periods, processing times may be extended to 3–4 business days. You will be notified of any delays.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping: Complimentary for orders over $30. Expected delivery within 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional charge. Expected delivery within 1–3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with delivery by the next business day for orders placed before 2:00 pm EST.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package until it reaches your door.

Delivery Delays

Olaroma is not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by adverse weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. If there is a delay, we will keep you informed and work with the carrier to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Free Return Shipping

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Olaroma purchase. If you need to return an item, we offer free return shipping for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at olaromahome@gmail.com. You will receive a return shipping label from us, making your return process smooth and hassle-free.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that customized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for returns, and shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable.
